Nature as Art and Spirit

Welcome to my photography web site, so generously created by my Godson Christopher. How wonderful and convenient it is to have my art portfolio so available to those interested in the art of nature photography. I have a couple of themes here. My nature portraits which I view as spiritscapes, images of nature's sacred expressions. Also Flatiron images that reveal some of the local history and geology of the Boulder Colorado mountain range. Some in sepia for that vintage look. Photographic mountainscapes suitable for business and home art. My Boulder exhibits have been in the Chatauqua community house and Macky auditorium. William Rain has been an outstanding nature photographer for over 25 years. He creates his art by believing that our responsibility as human beings is the perception of beauty. His photography reflects his view of the world as an artist, a naturalist, and a Buddhist. He uses nature patterns to create images of earth mythologies.
